boe, i worked with rl22 and 4831sc in the cold here in montana for a few months and never had a problem. as a matter of fact the 210/rl22 gave the best results for me. tom

retumbo, work up to around 3,000fps with the 300smk's. 1/2moa every day 1/4 moa lots of days. nice looooong range toy, will outshoot any of our rangefinders. tom

hopefully someone thar shoots a tighter neck will chime in here. but with my 271 neck dasher i turn it first, and try to shoot for about .248, as the dasher spec neck length is .246. but this is just a cleanup, 268 might be a whole different animal. tom

i just took off an 8.5 twist kreiger, was on my bat 3 lug chambered for 7-300 wsm, finished at 30" and it shot 180 bergers up to 3100 if i chose to. i never found a competitive (or so i thought) load from 2800-3100, so i quit with the caliber. barrel has 480 rounds through it, want it? hehe tom
