Not trying to hijack the thread...But what is a 40X trigger worth?

Seewin, George Stephens and I have had several discussions about this rifle. The muzzle is not counter-bored, the recoil lug is of the 52D style and there are tuner marks on the barrel, not to mention the S/N is approximately 2900 rifles prior to the end of the D run of known serial numbers...

This is a 52D that I bought from the CMP several years ago at auction. The S/N is 119693D. Bought it because I liked the stock and the I joined the USMC in March of 1969.

Have a question for the shooter's from the Pensacola area. Was there a gunshop called Garth's there at one time? I have an old Anschutz Model 54 in a 1413 Super Match configuration and it is stamped Garth's Pensacola FL.

Does the higher grades of .22 ammo come in brick boxes? I have never seen any and was wondering. Would be interested in some if some one has some to get rid of.

Put it up for sale? You'll get more than you paid for it. Either for sale board here, Rimfire Central or at CSP. There are other places I am sure. Sounds like a $750 rifle to me.

I have a Suhl 150-1, that we bought several 2 years ago NIB from Century. It has an adjustable comb stock. If I am reading the date right it was manufactured in Oct. 1990. Great rifle, shoots on par with my Anschutz Match 54.

What kind of "target gun" are you looking for? Benchrest, three position, prone or what? Many better choices than an Anschutz 64.
