    South Bend Heavy 10 question.

I have a 36" bed on my SBH10, and like said, the only time its handy at all is for polishing. I gave much more for my machine and would do it again in a heart beat.

    6mm dasher reamer

I like a longer FB, and own several Dasher reamers, and added a throater. My favorite Dasher is a Henriksen .266" and I run the FB out .061" to .165". I consider this a very universal length for many bullet styles. I have a prized Bartlein blank in my lathe right now, and it will get this exact...

    Three wire notes part one

I bought the cheap wire set, and me fumbling and dropping them on the concrete made me start looking for some thread micrometers, I tell you I have been really liking those.

    30/338 Remington Ultra Magnum

When the 338 RUM came out, I had JGS make me 2 reamers. One necked to 7mm and the other to 30 caliber. I built the 7mm version first as I used this for distant opportunities antelope hunting. Dies would be easy as the parent case being 338 RUM are made by Redding and correct bushings for neck...

    6BR 8,5 twist barrel

I would question the Berger 105 Hybrid with its additional length, may not shoot as well as some of the other shorter jacket bullets. If anyone knows a Hybrid shooter sucessfully using a 8.5"t I`d like to hear of that. I have a 8.5" t blank needing a chamber!

    Slow Match Results

I am glad this thread got things up to speed. I hate slow results, and have written off going back to certain facilities because of this single oversight. Terry this needed to be said, and if anyone had a monkey on their back, maybe it helped him find a new home.

    South Bend H10 Chuck Swap

I am a brand new lathe owner, no experience, and very determined learner. I bought a lathe and brought it home last Sunday. It has tooling and would like to swap the 3 jaw out for the 4 jaw. It has a threaded spinlde nose, I am asking if there is a spindle lock, or what is the proper procedure...

6mm BRX neck size and free bore?

Make sure he knows your going to use Lapua brass, for some reason if you do not tell him a specific chamber length he defaults to the old Remington brass length and a short chamber. I and many others have had to trim new Lapua brass .015" before the bolt would close. The BRX is a very capable...

    bausch and lomb 36x

I much prefer the optical quality of the B&L over the Weaver 36. I have owned both, the Weaver for limited time due its lack of clarity. Try and find the B&L with both sets of knobs included also.
