It has nothing to do with being a member of a "club". I don't belong to any "club" and I shoot all the time. It has to do with joining the IBS, which is the sanctioning body.

Where, exactly, was Matts name on the Natonals list? I see a Matt Kline that placed VERY well at this years match at Yukon. There were NO 2.8 inch HG groups shot there.

I'll give you a tip.....RL-25. Don't worry about the velosity...worry about what shoots best and gives you the best ES numbers. All of my comp tubes loved RL 25. My first tube ( a true hummer) shot best around 2700 with the 210 Berger. That tube won me a PILE of wood!! All the rest...
