I don't shoot 55gr., but know people using up to 28gr. of RL-15 with the 55s.

Considering the 7.5x55 was available long, long time ago, I wonder why anyone bothered with the 308. I like Winchester's approach: they just necked it down to 7mm and voila we have a .284Winchester a great caliber!

I don't think Remington made Sendero in 3006, in fact I never saw a heavy barrel Remington in 3006.

I tried all of the powders mentioned with 190 MK and N550 was the winner. Very accurate and superrrrrrrr FAST!
