    primer seaters

I used Lee for quite a while too but but the handles broke sometimes and the the feed chute wears after a 4 or 5000 rounds and allows primers to turn over or sideways. My last replacement thum handle was a very loose fit and made priming a pain in the tail. Looked at the others and got the K&M...

    CED M2 Chronograph

Excel I think is the best way to go. Once you learn what you can do with the program its easy to set the the data for viewing or manipulation to whatever suites your needs. If you don't have excel get a computer savey friend to put it on for you. It's just dead useful. Larry

    Best long range scope

My Favorites are the old B&L 36x That's what was recommended to me when I first started shooting short range BR. When I had a 600 yd gun built I wanted s NF but funds were short. So I figured I'd get one at tax time. I had a 8-32 Burris that I used while but I didn't like it so I looked for...

    Seating Depth

My theory of what causes the variance in the point up is differing amounts of lube on the bullet.

    Seating Depth

There is more than one way to skin a cat I find that the ogive profile variance affects the seating depth (as it relates to distance from or into the lands) more than shank variance. But I have only found 1 tool to sort bullet by this method. http://greensrifles.com/New_Products.html

    secure money transfers

Postal Money Order is what I require when I sell something online. I doubt very much that they are easily forged. They are easy to deal with, every town has a post office. The chance of them not having the money is probably an issue if it's a small town PO and if it's a large Money Order. When...

Thinking of going to a joystick but..

It is a no brainer For me it was anyway it is a speed issue I could fiddle 2 knobs (W&E) or 1 joystick. My decision as to which was based purely on money. If I had had the money I might have gotten a SEB. But I already had the BE base. I got the Shadetree and have been ecstatic ever since. My...

    Bedding??

I have a Sako L579 action that I had barreled and am replacing the factory varmint stock with a sporter model. The new stock has been previously bedded. The bedding extended several inches past the action under the barrel. The shank on the replacement barrel was little bigger than the one that...
