At our local weekly Silhouette matches we started a fun shoot at a ping pong ball at 100M. Made a rod like an upside down 'L' and ran a fine wire from the outer end to a ping pong ballm or small foam ball hanging about a foot down from the rod. Everyone put in a buck and the one that hit it...

Any update on availability and new pictures of a actual production action?

Well it's December, any word on delivery of the 25X yet??? My parts are growing old waiting ;) I've tried calling and have sent a few notes to Jerry but haven't gotten an answer.

Well that just ruined my day.... :( My other parts waiting for the action will be old by then. They have been waiting quietly since early summer and the original planned release date, sure hope it's sooner.

Same here... Wife took a 10% pay cut and is working more hours because of all the layoffs at her company, but on salary so more hours and less pay... not fun. As for me, our company sold our division off and now going from day to day with the new company. Change I didn't want to see or think...

While I know this also will be looked on as unfavorable this is just my humble opinion. :o This is the same problem in our off hand Sporterifle league which also has a 7.5lb maximum weight limit. New shooters, mainly the kids, come in with a rifle weighting over the 7.5 lbs and are not allowed...

Don't feel bad Jerry, in most cases all our rifles would out shoot us :) Glad to hear the action is working well... can't wait

Looking for a .22 action and can't find a listing for the Turbo, does anyone have the link for them. Also in addition to the Turbo and 25X (if and when that becomes available) any other custom action I should consider for a sporter?

There are folks using them and opinions will vary widely, like on any other shooting topic. I had one on my Sporter rifle (.22) and wasn't overly impressed with it, but I know others that rave about them. I was told they are soft and wear is a factor if you do a lot of shooting, but again...

Still no answer at the shop of the phone calls or no answering machine pick up and/or eMails sent. I can't believe they are still gone hunting the dogs...:(

Several of us had issues with Jewell triggers (model with the safety) on Ultralight actions. Called Jewell and had a great conversation with him on the problem, he said it was Mel's problem on the way he did the bolt, Mel said he has had zero problems with the Timneys and it was only with the...

I thought for the articles and talking with Jerry they would be availble in late June or July/August at the latest??? I also understand there are prototypes out there now for testing, so I'm hoping they will be available soon.
