25-06 I am shooting a 25-06AI and do very well killing groundhogs 600 yard shots usually take 2 shots or less. I am not going to say its better than a 25-06 factory because I have never owned that caliber. However I am very happy with what I have.

22-250 loads I hunt coyotes with beagles here in Ohio and kill quite a few of them with buckshot, Last year I skinned out 4 of the best yotes I killed and ended up with 12$ per pelt. It is just not worth my time to skin the stinking things for that much money.

Bedding I would take the stock back to the person who bedded it and have him refinish it or replace it. When I do a bedding job I go to great lengths to prevent that from happening, I would also expect that if I screwed the stock up I would be liable for it.
