A few months ago I purchased a Fudd top for my standard Wichita rest - works great - really improved my consistency. The post was slightly larger than the hole in my base however a little work on the post threads with a file and it fit perfectly.

Just received mine- truly a quality piece of equipment - just need for it to warm up in Illinois so I can try it!

Top Rest Problem crb, Worked like a charm - filed off the tops of the post threads (with the adjustment wheel above them to smooth out the threads when I unscrewed it) and now it fits like a glove. My thanks again! Jim
