    Farley tension screw sets

Thanks Butch I took my Farley apart that I bought used and both bearings were glued in. It has a tight spot in it when moved from centered. Looks like a little polishing is in order. I think some tension screws would help. Glenn

    PGW Coyote actions

    • One piece bolt with 3 locking lugs (2 front 1 rear) Don The bolt handle notch could be what they are talking about for the rear lug! From what I have read the rear lug is normally a safety lug and doesn't wipe like the front lugs. Glenn

    PGW Coyote actions

matt I don't believe the rifle has any pillows. I believe the front of the action part is a bedding block - nothing goes to the bottom of the stock. That is a action that I would like to have one like. I'm sorry I can't help you with the accuracy problem but that is a very well made action...

who can i get a benchrest stock from for a remington XR100 rifle

Danw530 McMillan makes a BR stock for a XP-100. I believe the footprint is the same as the XR-100. The rear action screw for the XR-100 would have to be drilled and a anchor for the middle screw would have to be installed. Other than that I believe it would work. Glenn Jerry Stiller makes a...

F Class w/ "Off The Rack" Production Rifle?

Geo.OR I shot a stock Remington 308 for a while, except for the trigger. My rifle had a 26" barrel and I shoot 1000 yd. with it as well as 600 yd. The big trouble with a Remington Stock rifle is (in my opinion) only about 20% if them shoot very well, at least that has been my experience. I...

    Bedding a Rem XR-100?

Dans40X "And a drafted recoil lug added to the bottom of the action." Dan are you saying that a recoil lug should be welded to the bottom of the action to get the best results? Could you expand a little on your comment. Interesting if I understand correctly. Glenn B.
