Looks like Team USA wins another

just got off the phone with David and he won the 50 meter agg in sporter today. Graig was 3rd and DJ 11th. He's pretty sure that the Team score will win the sporter.

Bill,
If you are using the UKBR target then you will find it is not the same size as the IR 50/50 target.
UKBR 10 Ring 3.250 mm
IR 50/50 10 Ring 3.175 mm
When I started working on the world postal I tried to get people to agree on an international standard and finally gave up!

I did not do last reply as I have no idea I would say it someone else at the hotel that got on the computer & my log in was still there..

Bill Calfee Rifles

Well we are three quarters of the way through World Championships & I can now easliy say WE GET IT. We have been reading all the hype & opinions about Bills rifles on this forum & I can tell you seeing them in action first hand over here they have no equal. So Mr Calfee congratulations & whenever you are ready to ship one to Australia let me know & lets get your show INTERNATIONAL :)

Bill, Mr Calfee's guns are good but there are 5 or 6 smiths in the US that are making comperable guns. It's tuff to win a match in the US.

Oh no.... Here we go.

Who needs missionaries? All we need are a few bicycle helmets, some blue suits, and a rifle from the "chosen one."

Who does the driving

Often the Driver, never gets the credit he deserves. All three of these fine marksmen would most likely do well with gun from numerous other gunsmiths in the USA Great job guys.

His'n & you'rn

There's an old saying about football coach's. For ex: Bear Bryant, Darrell Royal & others. He can take his'n & beat you'rn, or take you'rn & beat his'n. Same with the great shooters.

Somewhere in Italy

We are getting to really like hot coca cola and cold eggs. There is no ice to be found in this lovely spot on the earth. And not much air conditioning, we finally threatened the hotel with his rifle and they turned the ac down 2 degrees! We have met some really fine folks from around the world, the Austrailians are the most wide open bunch you will ever see. They would fit right in the USA. My friend Nick Catlin is the funniest bloke you will ever meet, I hope he can make it to the US for the next world shoot. Danny , Peter is really an OK bloke you might even like the dude , after the fight of course. Meet some South Africans that are nicest folk , Pine helped us out of the airport after a 5 hour wait last Sat. David won the 50 meter sporter today and he is out of his mind. DJ won everything there was to win yesterday, but he had a little trouble today and is selling all his equipment so he won't have to bring it home. I have managed to win a medal in every event so far, maybe if the horseshoe doesn't fall out I can maintain until Sat. More news to follow when we get on the net again. Craig

DJ

If you are selling your sporter, think of me, we both know that gun like me better than you.

Peter

Bet you drink Starbucks ore even, heaven forbid, Bud, which goes to show that beauty is in the eye (mouth, nose) of the beholder.

All the more left for us.

In Calfee mode (forgive me), you don't know how to use the stuff. Fresh bread, Vegemite & lettuce samwiches are beautiful. Or crisp plain crackers with butter & Vegemite squelched together, then topped with thick slices of ripe tomato & lots of pepper. Yum!
