Reloading components too?

Does the NY law apply to bullets and other reloading components? Will you have to buy those in person and sign? If not, sounds like another "loophole" that the media will have to get their panties in a wad over (but they didn't hear it from me).
 
As of now it doesn't. But by next year who knows.
The legislation is still up in the air even though its being protested.
ATF considers All components Ammunition. If NEW YORK law goes by ATF guidelines then we are in even more trouble.
Nothing short of a repeal is aceptable . If any part is left in place , in the future it would be amended at some point.
