It may be better
to have the rifle ahead more in the front rest and once you turn the rear bag around, position it a bit forward of where you show it in the picture. I strive to have up to an inch of sock behind the ears of the rear bag. You want it to slide and looks to me like that might be difficult the way the rifle is positioned.
