Joe will be missed! He was one of the very nice and helpful guys in the shooting sports.

A couple of us were discussing Joes passing. The other shooter said "he didnt ever recall hearing Joe complain about anything." I concur and have known Joe for nearly 10 yrs.

For those that might not know, Joe was in a wheelchair for the last 60 YEARS-a Korean War injury. Couple weeks ago I heard it said Joe was the oldest surviving injured Korean War vet.

Joe is responsible for bringing/encouraging hundreds of shooters into the fraternity.

Joe was a number one guy no matter how you cut it. The Lord took his wife/shooting partner/nurse about 6 yrs ago.

Will pray for Joe and Mavis often. Please do the same.

I got my start in Rimfire BR shooting in Joe's e-mail matches on RFC and I know lots of other shooters did, too. I regret that I never got to meet him in person.
Rest in Peace, Joe
Todd

I used to shoot in the RFC email matches as well and credit Joe for getting me involved in that. I've talked to Joe over the phone a few times and through emails, but never got the opportunity to meet him in person. I'll always remember his great attitude toward shooting sports, and life in general. One thing is certain, Mr. Joe Haller will be remembered by many, and missed by many.
May he rest in peace.

Joe also helped to get rimfire score shooting going at my local club in Australia during the mid 2000s. He contributed a lot to the sport and will be sorely missed.

Mr Forsty,
Was a GREAT help to me with his plans for movable benches as my club would not allow permenant benches.
Prayers to the Haller family.
