how short of a bbl will still work with 30br ?

i have a 22.5" setup for a 700 receiver, and am thinking of recutting for a kelbly atlas.
this will make the bbl close to 21" is this still going to be competitive velocity ??

I think you’ll be fine. I’ve got one hunter taper that’s just under 19” and can still get to 3050fps with H4198.
 
My very best barrel has been set back three times and is 19 1/2 inches long.the barrel is about 10 years old.

Surprisingly, the velocity still hits 3000 FPS with my favorite load.
