Front Rest Decision

I am looking at upgrading to a new front rest - I currently have a Wichita cast iron base with a Fudd top. I shoot quite a bit of ARA rimfire however I also shoot some varmint matches with centerfire rifles - some with 3 inch forearms (custom stocks) and others with varmint width forearms. I am looking at the SEB rest and Sinclairs new heavy rest - thoughts on these rests or other similiar rests are appreciated.

Me, I would look into a Shadetree top for the joystick feature. If you don't like it you can always sell it. The base you have should be just fine for a transplant.
