50-5X at 300yds

I appreciate everyone's kind words and especially Jackie Stogsdill for mentioning it, but as everyone knows everything has to come together ,including luck ,to shoot a match like that. I want to congradulate Brud Sheats because he won the 300 yd agg. great shooting Brud.
 
I hope this doesn't seem like throwing Cold Water

because it isn't meant to be that. Some of those who either hold 300 YD or have held 300 YD records shooting 6 power rifles have set them when conditions have been pretty bad. One of those who still holds a record says he was holding way off in the Red and sometimes on the target frame to get the scores he did.

I have seen folks break records in some pretty rough conditions. The deal is to execute at the right time five times.
