22 ppc load data LT 32

Some time back I remember reading a post from lou Murdica regarding using a full size 22 ppc, and lt 32 powder. The article looks like it has gone away, but I was interested in load data and what would be a good starting area. I would also be interested in load data for ,h322, 8208, XBR, and n133. I just built a 22 ppc, and looking to find a good start. Thank you in advance.
 
When I tested an early lot of LT 32 in a 6PPC, it seemed to be a little over a grain faster than 133. Knowing this, if I was in your situation, I would probably start a grain an a half below load data (starting load) for 133, and do an incremental pressure test, to tight (snug) bolt, in .3 grain steps. If you do this on a single target, over flags, of a day when the wind is favorable, you should have a good start. Essentially, that is how I test all new components. It has worked very well over the years. If velocity is a concern, I fire all shots over my chronograph.

Well, do you have any load data for a 22PPC? I can not find any (For any powder.) and that is why I am looking on this site for a starting advice.

I tried www.6mmbr.com or the accurate shooter and went into Shooters Forum Small Stuff (second from the bottom of the page) and then did a search for 22PPC. Lots of stuff came up including some loads.

This is old, but just wanted to add some "quick start" info.

I'm shooting a 220 Beggs. Lapua brass. 53 grain bullets. 205M primers. I'm finding my best with light neck tension, jammed a hair into the lands. From what I gather, this will work with a 22 PPC short as well.

These are at 66 degrees F.

Benchmark: 25.6 25.9 26.2 26.5 26.8

A regression on this yields 11.7 fps per 0.1 grain of powder.


LT-32: 25.0 25.3 25.6 25.9 26.2

A regression on this yields 12.7 fps per 0.1 grain of powder.

The regression here yields 10.4 fps per 0.1 grain of powder.
I don't feel as good about this one. I only had one shot per charge. I was in a hurry. Will do more later.

You should be able to use this and the standard 30 fps per 5 degrees of temp change to stay in tune. Drop me a line and let me know what you find.
