Most of the roundness is because it saves wt on a steel action....any of em will shoot if you got a good bbl.....try the new Kelbly short Kodiak....the lightest thing out there or if you got your heart set on steel a Grizzly II.....dont go with the lemmings....Roger

Ken...im not shure what ur doin...but it sounds like your turned the necks too thin for a NO turn chamber....the bushing is squeezin the neck too far down and it is balooning out to much larger near the bottom of the neck ---what a mess---try some brass that is NOT turned and use a .265 or .266...

Smoke...Sinclair markets a series of flash hole de-burr tools (large and small holes) that have a lil' sleeve/stop integral with the drill bit that limits the amount of mtl. that the drill can remove...tht way they are all the same......on most brass I use (Lapua/WW) usullay one or two outa 10...

HI Tom....most .243 (6mm) cal ctgs dont even have a neck that is .243 long!!!!.....MY rule of thum is a min. of .050 (and then you gota handle them like eggs) once you get .080 of grip things are real good .....and 100-150 and you cant get em out without a puller unless your not usin enuff neck...

Danny.....that is very unusual bbl life.....most people are bragging about round counts aproaching 2000,,!!!.....what brand and type of bbls were you using.???...the 7 WSM is being shot more every day in F-class with good results....and lots are using N-165,,,,,,I have great life with my Krieger...
