    brux barrels

I have several Brux barrels, and they are all top notch. I have a Brux barrel on a Bat Chambered in 6ppc, and it is a great shooting gun. I have sold a few Brux barrels for them when shooters have seen how good this gun shoots. I had a second Brux chambered for my Panda in 6 ppc, this time I...

Correct bushing for Redding "s" die and .262 neck?

The bushing size you use will depend on the thickness of your necks. Many believe that N133 power prefers neck tension. If you cut your necks to .0086 then you may want to look at a .257 bushing, if you cut your necks thinner to .0081 then you may want to use a .256 bushing.

    PPC Brass Life

There are many different schools of thought on this, and it comes down to personal preference, and the degree of match's you are shooting. Most shooters would take new to fairly new brass to the super shoot, everyone wants to do there best, and have no excuses why they did bad. Some shooters...

    Best bench info request

Here is the website to our club. The bench's there was made many years ago, and they have held up great. They have 3 steel pipe (schedule 40 I believe.) that was laid in a jig, and welded together in a frame, and then laid in a form, and concrete was poured over the frame, forming the top. They...

    Best bench info request

I would have to say one of the most versatile and interesting bench's I have ever shot off of is the ones at WWCCA. (Western Wayne County Conservation Club.) The bench are super sturdy, and work well. They have a steel frame and a concrete top, they use a pallet jack and can freely move them...

    6 BR question

The original BR cartridge was chambered in a Remington 40x pistol for silhouette shooting. It was not until much latter someone got the bright idea to chamber this in a rifle. The problem was how do you keep someone from shooting a round meant for a rifle in a pistol, so what they did was make...

6 mm br lapua/6 mm ppc lapua

Something to consider is this is not a comparison of apple to apples. Lapua doesn't make 6 PPC brass, the people using Lapua brass are starting out with 220 Russian cases, and blowing them out, to 6PPC. Lapua does make 6 BR brass, and if you have the right chamber you can take it right out...

    30 cal rail gun ?

I was at breakfast today, and thought about rail guns. (If things go right it may be my next purchase.) Has anyone ever did a 30BR rail, and if so how does/did it do? I was thinking that many have reported great accuracy with the 30BR, and the new group record was shot with a 30PPC. I thought...

Dominic Grunas Wins "Group" Match at WWCCA

I guess it was a good thing I did not make it, two hour drive would have taken a bit longer.

Dominic Grunas Wins "Group" Match at WWCCA

Good shooting Dominator. We use to shoot a match that was ran like that with 3 shots per bull on a standard score target. It was a lot of fun. Hope to see you guys next month. Pat

    Front Rest

Your question throws me for a loop. Why do you think that Farley is the best, and that you have to have one? You state that your not shooting competition, so exactly what are you doing? You don't state which Sinclair rest your talking about, the lower end rest called the " light weight rest," is...

    Why are accessories so expensive?

I am guessing but I would say some of it could be your government placing tariffs, or import tax's on the items when they come in being they are gun related. It could also be added cost to fill lengthy paper work, and recoup money spent on permits to get the products into the country. It could...

    Savage 12 Bench Rest rifle?

I had one of the first one out, it was chambered in 6br. The gun preformed well, and would work in the capacity you wish. At the St Louis Benchrest club they offer a factory class, and this gun is fairly popular with the people shooting in the class. The gun is also capable, and many will also...

Is this brass any good for reloading?

Like I said "You would be hard pressed to find any one shooting a 308 in Benchrest. That includes point blank, (100-300 yards) mid range,(600 yards.) and long rage. (1000 yards.) The 308 is just not a Benchrest quality round." What you have stated is an exception, and is not the norm, nor is it...
