SNPE Tubal 3000 Guys I assume we are talking about the french made SNPE Tubal 3000 that has a burning rate close to N133. If this is the case I have a few pounds in perfect condition and have never heard in 22 years of my (short) shooting carrer in France anyone complaining of self igniting...

    Pocket scale

Tanita 1210 N and Tanita 1230 I've been using a Tanita 1210N for the past 7 years and wouldn't reload my N133 at a match or home without it. You can see a 0,05 grain difference in the pan (about 3/4 kernels of N 133). True if there is a lot of wind at the range (Ben Avery some times?) you need...

Berger 6PPC Barrel does anyone know anything about these barrels?

Berger Barrel Most likely your barrel was chambered by Walt Berger's brother Nelson Berger that leaves in Marshallvile in Ohio and was an excellent riflesmith. Nelson has been retired for several years.

    Scope gone bad

Definitely send it to Deon in Japan and you will get a report with pictures of your disassembled scope and their conclusions they do a good job. I've witnessed a similar case like yours and in the end it was not the scope's fault but it is good to know it.
