I have a T/C predator ventura the trigger can't be adjusted down more the 3.5lbs. Is there a gunsmith out there that can improve that ?

If a loaded round measures .275 and measures the same after firing doesn't that mean I have to turn the necks ?

If they fit now great ! What loads and velocity were you shooting ? How many rnds fried previous bbl ? I shoot a 6x284 and its hard on bbls ?

He said don't expect great accuracy out of a 8" twist bbl shooting a 87gr V-Max. Also don't load full throttle loads out of new Norma or Lupua brass . Fire form first before we step on it.

I wondering if Re#17 might not be the best choice of powder for a 6x284 shooting a 87gr V-max out of 30" bbl. 49.3 grs pushed the V-max 3670 fps 50grs produced a brite shinny ejector mark on the Lapua case and expanded the primer pocket destroying the case. maybe I should burn Re#19 0r #22...

T/C Ventura predator rifles look good,any one have one ? In 22-250 they're sporting 12" 5R twist rifling.
