Rich, I just pulled one apart to look. The action is thick enough behind the recess for the barrel extension but, pretty thin where recessed for the bbl extension. Brownells lists a DA-MAR mount with a rail that is drilled/tapped as a saddle type to avoid the thinner top of the action. Then...
