Is the Nesika J flat across the top? If so, any bases for a flt top will work. As long as the action diameter is close.

you can also use poles with no external screws. Nothing for the tape to grab on to. Also, if the flags are properly balanced the tails are less likely to lead the flag and get wrapped up in the daisy.
