That's because it should be OK to have a Benchrest Stock in Modified Class. Why can you modify everything but the stock ? It just needs to be 2.5 inch or less.... Jerry R.

Its not just the 6 pwr Scope I believe that more VFS shooters would try if one could simply put a 6pwr scope on their 10.5 vfs rifle. As it is now you must build a 10lb rifle with a special action that has a cutout on it. Jerry :(

No need.... IMHO - The 30BR does not need to be improved and if you what to shoot heavy (125 to to 140gn) bullets just user what the VH use (30X44 or 30X47laupa). Would save you alot in forming case time and trouble. JR
