A lady I work with has wireless cameras all over her property. I guess she's paranoid about intruders. Her phone is always going off due to a package delivery or the squirrels messing with a camera. She has one of those ring doorbell things too. I wonder if she's considered that burglers could hack her network and case the joint without from anywhere in the world.
I'm paranoid enough to cover up the camera on my laptop. They spy capabilities of the "Internet of Things" like TV's do concern me.
For awhile I thought that what would save me is that there aren't enough eyeballs to scan all the data they're collecting on us. However, now they have AI programs to point them in the right direction.
