work on a Weber

I'm old enough that I still have and use Weber actions. I have a LV Weber action here that I have never used but it's bolt face is for a 222. Is there any of you out there that has experience and will open this up to a 308 for me?

Dave, the only Weber Rifle I ever saw was owned by the late Hank Faulkner, a prominant BR shooter in our Region when I first started shooting in the early '90's.

It was a Heavy Bench model, chambered in Donaldson Wasp. It was a beautiful piece of work.

I would think your modification would be predicated on the Extractor, and how much modification it will take.
