I was fortunate enough to obtain a 1 pound can of the new 8208 BRX, and I hope we have a nice enough day Sunday up at Tomball to do some serious chronograph work and accuracy testing with my Rail Gun.

The numbers on the botle are, in very small stamped print, 581 308
4736

Under the bar code is 54486 08201

The forecast for Sunday afternoon is 70 degrees and Sunny.
I hope it is nice enough to get some good data...........jackie

I already tested some in 70 degree weather in my rifle a few weeks back. Sure would like to try some again in the 15 degree weather we have right now! But then again, it's 15 degrees and you'd have to be crazy to set up a chrono in this icebox.

Jackie if you still have that 6BR barrel for your railgun can you try a few shots through it to see what kind of velocity you get? Nothing fancy here just a few shots to see what the upper limit is if that is possible?
Did you get the powder from Bruno's?

We rechambered that 28 inch 1-8 twist in 6mm Ackley Improved. It's now on a friends long range Varmint Rig ............jackie

Sunday at WWCCA, Plymouth, Michigan. Score Shoot.
We are hoping for 35 degree and rainy.
Friday 22 degree and pt. sunny. :)
3 days of 40-60 mph wind was rough. A lot of people without power.

The best part about Benchrest. Trying new stuff.
New for me anyway.
Just a new guy. :)
