ABC presents the news and facts as they're found.
Some networks are skewed to the left, and some are skewed to the right, with their views slanted towards a very select audience that's drawn to their points of view.
Watch Fox for two weeks and then watch ABC for two weeks and you'll see and hear a stark difference in the reporting.
Watch ABC, NBC, and CBS and you might detect just slight differences in how the same content is presented.

I find this very encouraging, preferring my news "as found" with no spin at all. I will have to stop lumping, and pay more attention. Thanks for the heads up.

The reporter behind the story is John Stossel. Stossel is a Libertarian, and IIRC, was hired by ABC for his investigative reporting. He agreed, on the condition that once (twice?) a year, he would be allowed to run a series of stories that the ABC news vetting committee would have little or no control over. Hence the story in the youtube link.
Some time around 2009, Stossel had a falling out with ABC, and has worked for Fox ever since.
