Who made these Rings?

I found these I inch rings amongst my collection of components. I can't remember where or when I acquired them. They have aluminum inserts.

Arnie personally stamped each set with his initials.

Yep..Personally Stamped by Arnold Jewell. "A" on one and "J" on the other. I think I need a new set of Readers.
