What is the Best Fixed Power Scope

About to buy a rifle and I can only hang another 20 ounces on it and make weight. Looks like a fixed power. What are the best scopes in this weight class? I have never owned a T36, Sightron Target 36 or Leupold 45 and not sure what other ones are out there. This will go on a change barrel 6ppC/30BR for 100 yard.

The only quality fixed BR scopes I know of that weighed less than 20 ounces were the original 36x Leupolds.

How are the new ones? 35, 40 and 45. All weight in at 20.4 ounces according to their web site and specs.
