The Va state score match is this coming weekend at the Fairfax range. Shooting starts at 10 am Sat. at 100 yds, 200 at 10 am on Sunday. Someone will be at the range on Friday to sign you up and to allow practice also. Come on out and shoot, weather is suppose to be great and it's always a fun match. See ya there. Steve

Congrats to Herbie at 100, Kim at 200 and Hal for the Grand. Great match run by great people. Thanks for all the hard work.

You did some fine shooting yourself Eddie. It was chamber of commerce weather for the whole weekend, sunny with light wind with mid to upper 70's, . The conditions looked pretty good with light winds with moderate mirage, but it was tricky enough that only 4 managed to stay clean at 200 and 3 had 500's. One of those deserves special recognition, Nick Gardner, Nick is 17 and a fine young man that has shot at Fairfax for several years, this was his 2nd 500 score, he shot one several years ago. That was one of few I've ever seen shot by a jr. shooter, quite an accomplishment. He finished up 3rd at 200 and in the grand. Congrats on some fine shooting Nick. Thanks to all the folks that helped with the match and to all that came to shoot. It was good to see old friends and meet some new folks. Congrats to all that shot well and thanks to all who came.
