Twist Rate 7mm Berger VLD

Need some Help,

whats the best Twist rate for BOTH 168+180grs Berger VLD

Just got a Box of 168grs marked "for 10" and faster".....

So mayby a 9" for both at about 3000+fps ??

I shoot the 168's in a 28" 1-9 at 3050. I was told a 1-9 will shoot the 180's aswell.

My chambers are set up with 9 twist barrels, I only shoot the 180 class bullets, the 168's will work fine in a 9 twist

The 9" twist will work just great with the 180 Berger VLD.

My 9 twist 7WSM works fine for the 180s at 2,940 fps; never tried the 168s.

Mine was supposed to be a 9" twist but is closer to 10". I checked this after I tried to get 180 Bergers to shoot but they just shot shotgun patters. The 168s go well in the 10" twist though.
