Anyone know were i can buy the tool for dismantling a turbo markI bolt ?

Flash sells a cradle affair for about 50$ or you can make one for about 10 cents with a 1/4 in. rod/bolt with a saddle cut in one end.
 
Anybody have a picture or even a drawing of the 1/4" rod/bolt device?
