The Tomball Gun Club will be hosting it's next Club Match this Sunday.

Gates open at 6:am, Warm-up Match at 9:am, followed by 5 record targets for score at 100 yards.

As a reminder, we have 3-classes: Factory, Modified, and Benchrest. The Format is 100 yards for Score. The entry fee is $15.

Awards for 1st, 2d, and 3d in each class, plus a very attractive "250" hat pin for those who shoot a 250.

I purchased a Krieger LV 30 cal. 1x17 twist barrel to give away to the lucky shooter that can shoot a 25X perfect score. I will keep the barrel until someone wins it, however long it takes.
This should sweeten the pie and give everyone something to shoot for. Good Luck!

Gary, I commend you for a fine offer that should really sweeten the pie. That may call for a few extra turns on the tuner.

For those that aren't aware, there is a trophy waiting at the end of the year for the Tomball "Shooter of the Year", one for the Modified class "Shooter of the Year", and one for the Factory class "Shooter of the Year".

Now Gary has upped the ante another notch. Thanks Gary!

Good luck guys. I will not be at this one. My oldest graduates from high school that night, and I just can't get back to DFW fast enough if I head down there.
Nice prize Gary. That should be an incredible prize for someone.
 
Since we shoot in the morning, it shouldn't be too bad. Heck, it's hot everywhere, so might as well have a good time shooting while you put up with the heat.........jackie
 
What Gary forgot to tell everybody about that barrel is how many rounds it will have thru it by the time somebody wins it !!!!!

Jackie, we shot most of the day Saturday in 100+ heat with no overhead cover. It was HOT. Tomball in the morning with a cover will be a piece of cake.
