Ready To Go

As Match Director, I want to invite all out to our final club match at Tomball this Sunday. I will have the gates open at 6am, we will start shooting no later than 9am.

As a reminder, we have three classes, Factory, Modified, and Benchrest. We shoot a 100 yard agg for score, using the standard NBRSA 100 yard score target. We will have a site-in period toinsure that everyone is comfortable with their zero. The matches will be 7 minutes each. Entry fee is just $15.

There are at least 5 shooters who can take the Tomball Benchrest Shooter of The Year trophy home. This is determined by the shooter with the highest score from his best 3 out of four matches.

Come on out and have a good time.........jackie

Menu Change

Johnny Jones has informed me that cat fish will not be served.
In its place will be beef stew or something like it....:)

What ever it is I know it will be good....

Joe ,
Jackie's flags are great flags. I know of none better!!!

Try and draw the bench next to me, so I can use'em to.:D:D:D

Vic ...

Gee Whiz ... and I was looking forward to the catfish. Just as long as ... something like it ... is not something found on the club's property after IKE. I remember when I was going through Naval Aviation Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, Florida, alonnnnng time ago, the class ahead of mine was going through their survival training week and a dog just happened to cross their path .... New Shooter

I live nearby and I plan to attend. I'm bringing my 12+lb. .223AI PD gun. I am also bringing my 27 year old son who is very excited to see what's going on. I hope he doesn't get hooked! I don't have a front rest yet and plan on using a forked stick, if thats OK.

food

Johnny Jones doesn't ever let you down when it comes to good food. You just can't beat the deal; Come, pay entry, shoot, eat, visit good friends, tell lies. It don't get any better than that. Unless Jackie lets you shoot his rifle or use his flags while he runs the match. Now thats sharing. Who said benchresters are all surly old men.
Vic, I will draw carefully. You do the same.
