If Dave Tooley sees this post, the .25 caliber 110gr flat based bullets that Jef made were awesome. They work good in a medium capacity case, and can be used between 2950 and 3400 fps muzzle velocity. They need a 1:10 barrel twist. At the time only Jef and Berger made those bullets. since then Berger has now also canceled production of those bullets, but will make you a batch if you order 15,000 I think was the quote I got from Eric Stecker.
Randy Robinette has also picked up some .25 cal dies, and he sent me a sample of the 110 grain flat base that he makes, it is a bit longer, and a bit more ogive, but it works as well in a 1:10 twist Cut rifled barrel. I used them at 600 yards in an F class practice. The cartidge I used was basicly a .257 roberts improved... (our version) and I had 3250 fps muzzle velocity. 29 out of 30 shots were 10's, 17 x's, I have it on video, this is the new F class target too, Half size of the old. I love the 110 fb bullets in a .25 and I'll need more. I hope Dave, as well as Randy continue to make them.
