Just keep calling him, he eventually answers his phone.

I have one of his stocks packed up and ready to ship in for repair, but I can't get in touch with him. I've been calling for a week, emailed several times but no response. I understand he must be busy, but I don't want to ship my stock and action till I know he is still at the address I have and is still working on stuff. Anybody know what's going on? His phone has a mailbox that won't accept messages.

95% of the time I call him he answers. Leave me your phone number and I'll have him call you back.
