Team USA has left the building

Hi ya all from Team Australia, Don is correct Monday is first day of events but it is air gun day, rimfire starts Tuesday. Don is also correct our flags & rest are held up in customs till Monday & we wont be able to put our flags out so wil have to rely on others flags. The good news is after being delayed at airports for 5 hours Team USA is here & i just met DJ in the lobby of the hotel, I think the other 2 are still resting after their ordeal & strip search at customs to get here...

We are here!! Ive had internet trouble but Im good now. Its been a difficult couple of days but i hope everything is ok now. We shoot 25m tomorrow at a smaller target then was planned which is good. The 10 ring is about the size of the 25m air rifle benchrest target that has recently come out. Tomorrow we will shoot with only tape on a stick and its worked out that we will have 3 good flags on each bench we shoot at 50 meters. Either way we will make it work hopefully. Keep you updated dj

Tape on a stick was considered high-tech at Leetown the first couple of years of IR 50/50. Oh, for the good old days.
