Todd,

Thanks for sitting in and thanks to Paul, Daniel and Rick for great scores.

Carlo,

.177 pellets at 8.4 grains are the popular choice. The top secret lube is the key to success.

Carlo, that is a beautiful range facility! I bet those berms make some interesting conditions!

They seem to like them over in Italy Todd. Here's a picture of the 50m range in Milan. Three of four 'ravines' running the full width of the ground and about 4 meters deep

CA BENCHREST 011.jpgMan, I keep seeing all these "Hanging" tails on the Wind Flags.
We have never seen flags displayed like that up here in the Pacific Northwest (Except indoors) ;)
One time we had to stop the match because one of the target stands blew over at the 50 yard distance!
The tarp was to shield the sun (what sun?) from the scorers and this was what we had when we went to California................
Note tarp wind across your back (tail wind) AND 45 degree tails from the Starboard!!!
This was my "Wind Flag".

Team USA California,
Talk about close scores? Linzie and Vipha decided by X Count, Tim with the high single target!

What equipment was used?

Hope the weather get better before winter sets in. This spring has been awful!

Paul

Paul,

Linzie was using my EV, Tim shared Vipha's USFT, and Russ was shooting his EV. There were 7 shooters today, will post scores and equipment by tomorrow. Yeah, the weather here has been somewhat off also.

Regards,
Joe

Brian,
Thanks for posting the pictures of the Range! WOW ! Like how you can store two benches together. I also had to use portable benches and went with a concrete top and steel legs.
