This past weekend I shot in the 5 shot UNL match in Visalia, CA. On the first match of the afternoon 200 yard my trigger failed (no not a Jewell or any other) and it looked like I was headed for a 10" penalty. Without any hesitation Gary O'Cock offered his rig to shoot the group. That meant he would need to re-set up again on his bench for the next match after being all setteled in from the previous six groups. It was a gesture of real sportsmanship.

i certainly hope you were polite enough
to not beat him with his own rifle.
(i had that happen to me)
