TJ Jackson Stolle Panda

I purchased some rings from Kelbly's for an original Stolle Panda action. Jim Kelbly sent me a note with the rings letting me know that my action once belonged to T.J. Jackson.
It's fitted with a Hart Barrel and chambered in 6BR. In an Anschutz 1813 Super Match wooden stock. I shoot mid range prone with it.

I have a picture of him but I do not know how to send it. I meant him in 1978 at the Nationals in Knoxville Tenn. We were camped right beside him. We drove all night and partyed through the next day, he was not impressed.

Fate intervened...

He flew U2's

Hovis

He was commander of a U2 squadron. He had a staff meeting one day and Gary Powers flew his mission. Well...we all know what happened. Nez Rongero and I visited him several times. He had a stock of about 20 MacMillion barrels. He made rifles for the Gov sniper team.

Virg, I had one of those barrels. It went on a 300 Winmag.
