If you own one and are comfortable sharing:

Serial number or approximate range
Bolt/port configuration
Barrel/action/trigger/stock/tuner/scope

Any known history

Favorite thing about it
Any quirks or lessons learned

Share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. I’m mainly trying to preserve the history and learn from owners.

I shot my first ARA UL with a borrowed Swindlehurst a month ago and have been enamored with them ever since. As they become more and more rare, I want to preserve some of the history of the easiest loading and smoothest action I have yet to shoot!

I would also like to know the if the action screws are 5 1/4 inch apart?

Jim I have five of them and the early 2 digit serial number the hole spacing was different than the other four.
I guess the first owner may have wanted it different because it would not line up in a stock that a Swindlehurst in it.
