It is amazing how complicated some can make a very simple problem. Just go to Ace Hardware or wherever they have a good selection of nuts and bolts. Get 3 fender washers about 1.5 inch diameter. Get 3 neoprene washers same size. They are about 1/16 inch thick. Then get 3 smaller washers that just cover the hole in the fender washer. Epoxy the small washer in the center of the fender washer. Use contact glue to glue the neoprene washer to the bottom of the fender washer. Finished. Cost, less than $3, probably less than $2. The smaller fender washer about 1.5 inch diamerter has a higher unit area loading and the neoprene does not want to slip on the bench. No lathe work, no fancy high priced pieces from some speciality maker. Just simple cad plated washers. Course some people won't be satisfied unless they pay about $25-$50 for a set of feet. I really hate to see people hammer their rest feet into nice concrete tops. In my opinion it is just plain rude, when there are other solutions. JMO.
