I opened the drop slightly so that it would. I rebate the rims on my BR brass and it works great.

Yes ask the folks at stiller. I believe they can set one up for you .
I would opt for the short version.

The narrowest part of the groove measures .375 or about .013 per side smaller than the unmachined brass. The brass modified by Red Cornelison that he used for several years measured .303. He was using BR brass with a 223 bolt face.

I had been wondering if, perhaps, cutting the groves a bit deeper might aid in ejection. I am geting a Micro lathe his month so will do some experimenting.
