Yep, I get or have gotten free hats, polo shirts, rain jackets, umbrellas, golf balls, tickets to sports, movies and shows, flights and hotel accommodation to list but a few.
A lot of people think everything is free here. Just goes to show how wrong folk can be. Like everywhere else someone has to pay for it sooner or later. Which works out just fine for me. That's why I'm so jovial all the time. Whats to get hacked off about? Its not as if its as serious as death..... right? I know some undertakers and they are right comics I can tell you.
Keep being nice. I'm sure you can afford it.. besides just think of all that free publicity.

There's nothing to say that you can't or shouldn't receive both. Its a matter of choice, just as its a matter of understanding.
I have been fortunate to be on the receiving end of both on numerous occasions that why I still do business with the companies/individuals. Besides you can always off set the freebies as marketing/promotional costs.
