Sites to buy Lapua by the batch/lot

I was informed about killough but they only have Eley, and NAmmo but I cannot find a way to purchase Lapua from them.

Anyone know why Bud's Gun Shop is so much cheaper than everyone else on Tenex? $17 and change for 50 vs. $22 to $27 elsewhere.

They probably bought a boat load and are selling it for a reasonable markup based on cost not what the 'market will bear' ala oil companies.
