SCOTUS Retention Elections?

We all know that SCOTUS decisions are not free of politics (seems like we knew for sure in Bush vs. Gore), but are retention elections for justices likely to help?

Thanks for the heads-up; I had missed that. If he'd proposed a CA to make clear that illegals' offspring dropped here are not citizens I might support him.

From where we are now in this country there will never be another constitutional amendment. Won't make any difference it's a living document now.

Ted Cruz needs to remember that the same morons that voted for President Obama, ( twice), and are all Googly eyed over Hillary would be voting to keep all of the Liberal Members of the Court, and getting rid of the Conservatives.

The Constitution is not broke, and does not need "fixing".

The Founders deliberately made the Constitution difficult to amend. This guards against it be subject to the petty whims of the moment.
