Scope Modifications

Who does scope modifications? What scopes can be modified to 1/8 dot or increased in power?

Also for sporter division what is the most recommended scope for a man on a fixed income?

Bill Ackerman in New Mexico and Wally Siebert on the West Coast both do scope modifications. Bill advertises in PS magazine, I don't know about Wally but someone on here will tell you how to reach him I'll bet. I have noticed a lot og Burris HBR II's on Sporters. I have a couple of them and a newish Leupold with a Premier dot in it plus I have some Sightrons. I actually prefer the Sightrons for a 6X scope. Leupold is the only one currenty being produced I believe.
