Scope boost

I am thinking about sending my weaver 36t to Bill Ackerman for a little boost. It can become a 55 power for $265. Has anybody tried this and how did it work out? Will the exit pupil be smaller? Would I do better to save more money and get Leoupold 45?

Zero practical advantage going with that much boost, for the all in $ you're going to drop you'd be better off with the LCS45 which is better in every area.
